Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your item(s) to be fulfilled before shipment. After your item(s) have been processed, you will receive a tracking code and approximate shipping times are as follows: 

• United States: Avg. 3 - 5 business days (after fulfillment).
• Canada: Avg. 7 - 10 business days (after fulfillment). 
• United Kingdom: Avg. 3 - 5 business days (after fulfillment).
• Australia: Avg. 13 - 15 business days (after fulfillment).  
• Rest of the world: Avg. 15 - 25 business days (after fulfillment).

For U.S. orders, fulfillment will originate in Charlotte, North Carolina.

For European countries, fulfillment will originate in Riga, Latvia.

If you are looking for a paper to purchase in an office supply store to print on, you should look for a heavy weight (we like a minimum of 100 lb. but some 90 or 80 lb options available in stores are a nice weight, too) and photo-quality brand. HP, Avery and Neenah all offer nice quality cardstock and/or photo paper. You can find these at office supply stores such as Office Max or Office Depot.

6. Please check for spelling and grammar mistakes. 

7. Reply through our email if you need further changes or let us know if you approve of the layout so we can proceed with the printing fulfillment.
