Shipping Information

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your item(s) to be fulfilled before shipment. After your item(s) have been processed, you will receive a tracking code and approximate shipping times are as follows: 

• United States: Avg. 3 - 5 business days (after fulfillment).
• Canada: Avg. 7 - 10 business days (after fulfillment). 
• United Kingdom: Avg. 3 - 5 business days (after fulfillment).
• Australia: Avg. 13 - 15 business days (after fulfillment).  
• Rest of the world: Avg. 15 - 25 business days (after fulfillment).

For U.S. orders, fulfillment will originate in Los Angeles, California.

For European countries, fulfillment will originate in Riga, Latvia.

Ordering Process

2. Choose preferred file size and file format.

3. Provide your active email. (Your files will be sent here)

4. If you've chosen a design that includes a photo, please upload it.

5. Add to cart and proceed to checkout. 

A proof will be emailed for your final review within 12HRS or less. You can request changes if needed. Your initial proof plus unlimited revisions are included in the cost of your invitation.

You can immediately print your files if there are no changes to be made.

Print at Home

If you opt to print with your home printer, you'll need the 8.5x11 PDF file with 2 set up on a page that will be included in your download. You'll need to cut them out yourself. You can also buy the pre-cut 4x6 / 5x7 cardstock or photo paper if you want to print them individually.

If you are looking for a paper to purchase in an office supply store to print on, you should look for a heavy weight (we like a minimum of 100 lb. but some 90 or 80 lb options available in stores are a nice weight, too) and photo-quality brand. HP, Avery and Neenah all offer nice quality cardstock and/or photo paper. You can find these at office supply stores such as Office Max or Office Depot.

6. Please check for spelling and grammar mistakes. 

7. Reply through our email if you need further changes or let us know if you approve of the layout so we can proceed with the printing fulfillment.

• Full HD MP4 File at 1080 x 1920 PIXELS (vertical video)

3. If you've chosen a design that includes a photo, please upload it.

A proof will be emailed for your final review within 24HRS or less. You can request changes if needed. Your initial proof plus unlimited revisions are included in the cost of your video invitation.

IMPORTANT:  If you haven't received your files within 24hrs, please check the email you provided or check the spam/junk folder of your email.

How it Works

1. Add the item to your cart and purchase.

2. After payment, you will then be redirected to your order page where you can instantly download your zip file.

3. Link to your download will also be sent to your email (Please also check your junk/spam folder).

4. You'll need to unzip the files using Winrar/WinZip or any free software which can extract the files for you.

5. Both JPEG and PDF files are inside the zip which you can then print.
